Ordering
All items are pre-order only; no walk-ins or same-day orders are available.
Orders must be submitted before the posted deadline.
Full payment is required to secure your order.
Late or incomplete payments may result in cancellation of your order.
Cancellations & Changes
No changes or cancellations are allowed after the order deadline.
No refunds will be issued once baking has begun.
If extenuating circumstances arise, please contact us immediately; refunds or adjustments are at management’s discretion.
Pickup
Orders must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window.
Unclaimed orders will be forfeited and donated after the pickup period.
We are not responsible for items left outside or unattended during pickup.
Pop-Up Events
Pop-up inventory is limited and available first come, first served.
Items cannot be held or reserved.
Weather & Emergencies
Pickup and events may be rescheduled due to severe weather or emergencies.
Refunds are issued only if The Daily Dough cancels service.
Custom Orders
Custom flavors or requests are not accepted outside the weekly menu.
All menu items are subject to availability.
Allergy & Safety Notice
Products may contain or come into contact with nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, or other allergens.
Please inform us of any known allergies when ordering.
Consumption of baked goods is at your own risk.
